Thomas Esch, PhD, PMP, RCDD, President OnPower, Inc.
Tom Esch has over 30 years of electrical power and telecommunication systems management and technical experience. Tom began his career as a Journeyman Lineman and Master Electrician. He has worked his way through the ranks to manage and subsequently own several large electrical construction and telecommunications companies. Tom has earned a PhD, MBA, MS in Project Management, and BS. He also holds current professional certifications and credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
Frank Harrison, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Frank Harrison is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Frank started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he rose to become an audit manager after 5 years. Subsequent to Deloitte, Frank has worked in public accounting as a partner and senior manager capacities. He earned a BS in Business Administration and Accounting.
Charlie Davis, Senior Manager, OnPower, Inc. (Power Line and Utility Division)
Charlie Davis has several decades of electrical power technical experience and management experience. His previous responsibilities included supervision of large-scale electrical projects for international firms, both domestically and overseas. Charlie has served as a board member for the National Electric Contractors Association. He has also served on the council for the State of Florida’s Apprenticeship Program for ten years where he was appointed by the governor of Florida. Throughout his professional career, Charlie has been a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and previously served as a business manager for the IBEW.
James Esch, PhD, President OnPower Services, LLC (Airport and Traffic Systems Division)
James Esch has 9 years of technical and management experience. He has led major enterprise resources planning and process improvement initiatives. His previous responsibilities also included technical management and development of enterprise software applications to support business process optimization and workflows. James has earned a PhD, MBA, BS in Computer Science, and BSBA.
Tim Beckman, RCDD, Vice President, I2Solutions (Technology Infrastructure Division)
Tim Beckman has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry and has extensive experience designing, implementing and managing numerous large-scale Voice/Data and Fiber Optic inside and outside cabling infrastructure project. Tim holds numerous industry professional certifications including Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and continues to stay current with the most current communications infrastructure technologies.
